Five things to know about last night’s school board meeting

November 30, 2017

1. The graduation rate is currently 91 percent, up from 81 percent in 2013.
2. 395 students have withdrawn from NC this year so far.
3. 16 new teachers could be added at North Central in 2020, costing up to $1.5 million.
4. Wyandotte and Harcourt are both closed currently.
5. The main topic of the meeting was about high school teachers going from teaching five to six classes a day.
