Students avoid Hurricane Michael on fall break

Though Hurricane Michael tormented the south during fall break, some students were able to escape the terrible weather. Fall break gives students a chance to take a hiatus from their school work and enjoy vacation.

A lot of student athletes are not able to enjoy as much freedom. Athletes stay for daily practice to prepare for upcoming playoffs.

With roughly 3,800 students lots of different exciting fall break destinations are visited throughout the week. Students went to Mexico, Florida, the Northeast United States, and many more unique places.
