Soccer senior night victory against Pike

On Aug. 14, boys varsity soccer started their season with a 1-0 win against Warren Central. In their second game against Pike, they defeated them 4-0 with two goals from Kirezi Freddy and one each from Mandela Cybahiro and Connor Smith.
The victory came defending their own turf on senior night which attracted a large crowd.
The team has started with an undefeated season winning their first two games, and are preparing to face Lawrence North on Aug. 25 at 2:30 p.m.
NC is looking to defeat Pike and prove their dominance in hopes at possibly winning their 8th state championship. As the team starts conference play the intensity and challenges will become greater.
NC is looking forward to the MIC and the state tournament to show what they can do on the field.
