As summer winds down and North Central students head back to class, many Panthers are still buzzing about one thing: the concerts that defined their summer.
From country stars to pop icons, hip-hop legends to folk favorites, Ruoff had something for everyone this year.
Down in Noblesville, Indiana. Ruoff’s Music Center has been a major attraction for many fans to go listen and watch artists perform in person.
This summer, American singer-songwriter, and guitarist Chris Stapleton made a big appearance at Ruoff not once, but twice. Performing his #1 best hit, “Tennessee Whiskey.”
Artist Kesha also performed at Ruoff for her 2025 tour with many Panther music fans going out watching Kesha sing in person over this summer, performing her biggest hit “TiK ToK.” Students were blown away by the performance.
Sophomore Jaycie Parker was front and center for the fun in Ruoff having a great time with all her friends and enjoying the environment.
“There were a lot of people there that I knew and saw, the food was really good and I loved the music and I had lots of fun with Kesha being my favorite concert so far,” Parker said.
American rapper and hip hop artist Lil Wayne performed at Ruoff sparking lots of excitement and joy for North Central music fans wrapping up summer for our panthers being the last concert before the first day of school for our panthers.
Junior Kaya Avery attended the Lil Wayne concert having a great time enjoying the music, meeting new people and enjoying the music with her friends.
“I enjoyed the Lil Wayne concert and going to Ruoff because I get to meet so many new people and you get to listen to really great music, and if I had to go to any other concert at Ruoff it would be Hozier,” Avery said.
Not every concert was about flashing lights and booming bass. The Lumineers brought a more relaxed, alternative folk vibe to Ruoff this summer. Their soulful sound drew big crowds, including many North Central students
Sophomore Georgia Klinzing went to The Lumineers concert seeing them in person with friends seeing lots of people she knew enjoying the entertainment and environment around her.
“Ruoff was really fun because I saw a lot of people I knew and listening to songs me and my friends enjoy listening to, with the landscape in Ruoff looking really nice,” Klinzing said.
There were many more concerts this summer and more upcoming including, Luke Bryan, Billy Idol, The Doobie Brothers, Blink-182, and more.
