Q: Who do you model for?
A: Lmodelz.
Q: How long have you modeled?
A: Almost 3 years.
Q: How much do you get paid?
A: Anywhere from $20-50 an hour.
Q: What type of modeling do you do?
A: Pool companies, clothing, magazines, runway.
Q: How often do you model?
A: I work when I get booked, so sometimes I won’t have any jobs for a month and other times I’ll have multiple jobs a week.
Q: What do you enjoy about your job?
A: I have always loved photography and I wanted to try being in front of the camera as well as behind it.
Q: What are your coworkers like?
A: They’re all super nice. I thought they would be superficial, but they aren’t like that at all.
Q: What do you dislike about your job?
A: Plans and shoots for modeling are always very shaky, so they often change last minute.
Q: Do any other students model with you?
A: Some [work with me], but none that go to North Central. Most [of the models] are in college.
Q: Where are your shoots?
A: Depends on what it’s for. I’ve had shoots in studios, the side of highways, out of state.
Q: What is your manager/boss like?
A: She’s so sweet and super motivated and inspiring.
Q: How much time does modeling take up?
A: Shoots take a couple of hours at least, but they usually take up the whole day.
Q: Will you continue to model past high school?
A: Yes, I plan on going to college in a big city specifically for that purpose.
